Robin holds a BA in Communication and an MBA with a Marketing concentration. Robin is active with the WIA (Wallcovering Installers Association) and IGI. She is an enthusiastic supporter of the IUPAT and Finishing Chicago. Prior to joining ROMAN, Robin served in a global sales capacity with Emerson Electric, operations for Lord & Taylor, and started her professional career as an inner-city social worker in Detroit. | |
| Matt Sepsey, Treasurer Koroseal Interior Products
Matt
Sepsey joins the Wallcovering Association's board with over 25 years of
experience driving organizational success in sales, marketing, and
distribution in the building materials industry. Currently the Senior
Vice President of Brand Strategy & Value Chain Management at
Koroseal Interior Products, he has a proven track record of
restructuring operations for customer-centricity, spearheading
international sales initiatives, and establishing profitable
go-to-market strategies. His leadership has significantly enhanced brand
image, financial stability, and operational efficiency. In
previous roles Matt orchestrated transformative changes, integrating
departments for improved customer relationships and streamlining
processes. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in
global business strategy, CRM implementation, and fostering
high-performance teams. Matt's extensive experience, strategic insights,
and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the
Wallcovering Association and its mission to foster industry advancement. | |
| Marybeth Shaw Wolf-Gordon, Inc. Marybeth
Shaw is chief creative officer at Wolf-Gordon, leading brand
management, product design and marketing. She focuses on design
excellence across the range of Wolf-Gordon’s product categories and
communications, and celebrates the Company’s progressive character
through memorable digital, two- and three-dimensional projects. Her
integration of creative projects with strategic business initiatives has
strengthened Wolf-Gordon’s brand and contributed to revenue growth
during two terms (1997-2003 and 2011-present). During her first tenure,
she initiated a comprehensive rebranding as well as a provocative
licensed design program that demonstrated the conceptual potential of
commercial wallcovering: Linework by Laurinda Spear; Digital Nature by Karim Rashid; and Touch by Petra Blaisse. In
addition to her design-centric focus, Marybeth advances the
sustainability movement at Wolf-Gordon and in our industry. She has
served as a board member of the WA since 2021, and is currently co-chair
of the Technical Committee, working to explore recyclability. She
traces her passion for sustainability to the work her own design studio
executed during 2004-11 for the U.S. Green Building Council; Shaw Jelveh
Design completed over 80 graphic, digital and interiors projects,
significantly contributing to the growth of the USGBC and LEED. She
branded organizations such as the World Green Building Council, ICLEI
Local Governments for Sustainability, the National Center for Smart
Growth, and the International WELL Building Institute, as well as
Cambridge Architectural Mesh, Stone Source and Moore & Giles. Prior
to joining Wolf-Gordon in 1997, Marybeth was an architectural designer
at Richard Meier & Partners and Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut and Kuhn. She
also worked in the creative office of Formica Corporation and at The
Architectural League of New York. Marybeth
has completed master’s degrees at NYU Stern (MBA), the Ecole
d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville (M. Arch.), and Massachusetts
Institute of Technology (MCP), and a bachelor’s degree from Smith
College. | |
| Dan Brandt MDC Interior Solutions Dan
Brandt serves as Vice President of Product and Marketing for MDC
Interior Solutions; with a career spanning 31 years. Dan is committed to
service, including 10 years of participation on the board of the
Wallcovering Association. During his term as President, Dan was vocal
member of the executive committee which was charged with assessing the
association’s goals and selecting Bostrom to manage our growth. In his
various roles at MDC, his most rewarding is the opportunity to provide
materials and technical expertise to design schools and our future
design professionals. | |

Aaron Kirsch Astek Wallcovering, Inc Aaron
Kirsch serves as the president and CEO of Astek Wallcovering, Inc/On
Air Designs. He graduated from Florida State University with a
Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is proud to have both of his sons working in the business with him.

| Sharon Becker YORK Wallcoverings Sharon
Becker became the Managing Director for the York Contract Division in
2023, promoted from her previous position as the Director of Product and
Development for the York Contract Division of York Wallcoverings in
2014. Responsibilities include sales, growth, strategic planning, and
partnership with all major commercial distributors throughout North
America and York's International channels. Sharon also works closely
with brand development for high-profile license design partners such as
Joanna Gaines for the Magnolia Home Commercial Wallcovering collection,
Candice Olson, and Stacy Garcia® Blue Label. She has been instrumental
in achieving double-digit sales increases during her tenure. Before
joining York, Sharon was affiliated with D. L. Couch in wallcovering
distribution, where she served as Vice President of Sales and previously
managed the Marketing Department. Her background would not be complete
without mentioning years employed as a commercial sales representative. "I
learned how to provide excellent service within the architectural and
design community. I am grateful for my time spent in the field learning
to identify the customers' needs and the importance of growing
relationships. Being exposed to the level of creativity within our
industry is one of my greatest rewards." Sharon is a graduate of York College of Pa. | |
| Bernice Levy Roysons Bernice Levy is the Director of Creative Operations for Roysons Corporation, Rockaway, NJ, one of the nation's largest manufacturers of Commercial and Residential Wallcoverings, Wall board, High Definition Digital Decorative Prints, and Digital Substrates. Prior to joining Roysons Corporation, Ms. Levy was the Customs Manager, and then Production Manager at J.Josephson, Inc., South Hackensack, NJ, one of the largest manufacturers of wide width commercial wall covering in the world. Ms. Levy, was also Vice President - Customer Support for Acme Engraving Company, Inc., in Passaic, New Jersey. In her capacity, Ms. Levy spearheaded initiatives, aimed at elevating customer satisfaction and streamlining production processes by leveraging her extensive experience and deep rooted industry knowledge in Gravure and Screen Printing. Early
in her wallcovering career, Ms. Levy was a key player at Union Roto
Graving, Inc., (URG) in Putnam CT. During her tenure at URG, she held
various diverse roles, including Color Separator, Studio Manager, and
Operations Manager. All of these roles served to cultivate not only her
creative and technical prowess, but also provided invaluable insights
into the intricacies of the industry. Ms. Levy hails from Hemel Hempstead, England, where she was born and received her education before relocating to Killingly, CT USA. She pursued her studies at QVCC in Danielson, CT, focusing on Business and Fine Art as her majors. Throughout Ms. Levy‘s multifaceted career, spanning several decades, she has remained steadfastly dedicated to pursuing the boundaries of innovation, continually exploring the intersection between art and science. | |
