Michael Dominguez

Michael Dominguez is the Senior Vice President of Hotel Sales for MGM Resorts International. Dominguez provides oversight for MGM Resorts International hotel sales in Las Vegas and other global destinations. He is responsible for leisure and group sales, including 42,000 hotel rooms and three million square feet of meeting space.

MGM Resorts International is one of the world's leading global hospitality companies, operating a portfolio of destination resort brands including Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and The Mirage. Michael is a dynamic speaker whose depth of industry experience is sure to provide attendees with tremendous insights on sales performance.

Dominguez was recognized among the "Top 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry" by Successful Meetings magazine for the last two years; as a "meeting trendsetter" by Meetings Focus magazine and a "change maker" by MeetingsNet in 2014. Dominguez is the immediate past chairman of Meeting Professionals International's board of directors. He serves on the executive committee of the U.S. Travel Association, the steering committee of its Meetings Mean Business Coalition, PCMA Issues and Trends Taskforce, ASAE Industry Partner Alliance and Starcite, Elite Meetings and Convene Green advisory boards.

Earlier in his career, Dominguez was vice president of global sales for Loews Hotels and vice president of sales and services for the Greater Palms Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau. He began his career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in food and beverage.



Carol Cisco

Carol Cisco has been at Interior Design for over 15 years. Although she says it seems like five years, she has helped to drive the business side of the Interior Design brand under Mark Strauss’ leadership for over a decade.  She helped launch successful digital and events businesses for Interior Design, evolving the brand into a cross-platform media company.  Her early career included another 14 years of ad agency experience as a VP Account Supervisor, working on a number of brands such as AT&T, Whirlpool, and plenty of new business campaigns. She is from “way upstate” New York but now lives in Astoria, Queens with her husband and their three sons.

Doyle has extensive experience in legislative and regulatory advocacy as well as industry and community relations. Doyle provides leadership and direction in transforming the Vinyl Institute into the leading association representing the interests of North American vinyl resin producers and their customers.
